THE MISSION OF POODLE RESCUE CONNECTICUT
Poodle Rescue Connecticut is devoted to the health and well-being of Poodles and Poodle Mixes.
Our goal is to re-home Poodles and Poodle Mixes in a timely fashion. The health of these animals is of primary importance. Therefore Poodle Rescue pays for spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, disease testing, and grooming for every pet in its care. Poodle Rescue also provides individualized training and socialization for each of our charges before they join their new homes. During this time they are pre-screened for any temperament issues that might hamper the adoption process.
Poodle Rescue works with a variety of other rescue organizations including Poodle Club of America, PetFinder.org, veterinary hospitals, as well as local and regional animal shelters. We know that special situations arise and we encourage you to let us know about them so that we may assist you through these difficult periods.
