Who’s Available for Adoption
If you would like to apply to adopt a PRCT dog, please read about Our Process and then complete Our Application. If none of the dogs listed seem to fit what you are looking for, you are still welcome to complete an application. Please indicate whether you are interested in a toy, miniature or standard Poodle, and list any other information you want us to consider. We will keep your application on file for 6 months. If, during that 6 month period, you see a dog posted here or on our Facebook page in which you have an interest, please call us at 203-206-3420 and we will review your application.

What an incredible guy. Yes he's a little timid when first meeting new people but he recovers beautifully! He’s a larger dog at 60 lbs. but he doesn't have an aggressive bone or sinew in his body.
Today we sat on the sidelines of the linear park trail near Beauty in the Beast. He was so good with all who went by and would stop to talk. We had women, men, runners, kids on bikes, dogs, and a lovely gentleman who rode a very classy electric scooter and told us all about his woodwind instrument career at the Bushnell, Shubert and Oakdale! Sarge listened and was the perfect gentleman!
He's starting to come out of his shell. He's still pretty serious but the feeling I get is that he just didn't have a privileged life with fun.
We hope that there is someone out here to help change his world!
He's a heartbreaker.
